Nora Kendall is a young woman and an old acquaintance of Heidi McKenzie.
Biography[]
Nora attended high school along with Heidi and she would always tell everyone that Heidi was a weirdo.[2] She has a father who is an orthodontist.[1] Years later, when Heidi was Turned into a vampire, she crosses paths with Nora. After Nora turns Heidi away, she attacks and enchants her into telling Jordan Kyle and the werewolves from the Praetor Lupus that Heidi was hiding at the Hotel Dumort so that the wolves would break into the vampires' territory, thus creating tensions greater than ever before between the two kinds and turning them against each other. Nora was rushed to the hospital by Simon Lewis afterwards.[2]
After Jordan and Maia Roberts survived a vampire attack that resulted in heavy werewolf casualties, Heidi faked innocence, going to great lengths to avoid imprisonment. She appeared in front of the delicate and scared Nora, who begged Heidi not to harm her. Heidi then once again enchanted Nora into holding her breath in an attempt to kill her and keep her silent. Because of this, Nora fell into an irreversible comatose state. Maia and Simon immediately deduced that Heidi was responsible. Fortunately, Magnus Bane was able to revive her with his magic and told the entire truth about Heidi to Alec Lightwood, providing enough evidence to expose Heidi's facade.[1]
