Ned Fisk is an internal affairs officer sent to investigate NYPD detective Luke Garroway.
History[]
In 2016, a string of strange murders in New York became a priority for the NYPD. However, when two believed witnesses (Midori and Konrad) were found dead shortly after being interviewed by Detective Luke Garroway, Fisk was sent to investigate the detective's potential connection to the crimes. When the precinct captain, Susanna Vargas, turned up dead, Luke was once again suspected, but Fisk eventually realized that he couldn't have done it as Luke was in the interrogation room with Fisk at the time of her death. Instead, he asked Luke to cooperate so they could get justice for Vargas.[1]
Fisk continued to tail Luke and found him with another person during this time. When he attempted to bring them in, Luke's companion attacked him. Fisk awakened tied up, with the person preparing tools to apparently drain his blood. Fisk became convinced that the young stranger was the serial killer, thus clearing Luke's name in relation to the case. Luke arrived to 'save' him just in time, killing the boy, essentially ending the demonic murder spree and Fisk's investigation of Luke at the NYPD.[2]
