Kaelie was a Seelie Knight and former fling of Jace Herondale.
Biography[]
Kaelie has had multiple flirtation and sexual encounters with the Shadowhunter Jace Herondale.[1][2]
When her brother Samuel died during the attack on New York Institute where Jace accidentally activated the Soul-Sword,[3] Kaelie felt hopeless and angered, feeling that the Nephilim led them to a massacre. She sought revenge on Shadowhunters by killing a couple of them and staging their murders to look like they were done by different groups of Downworlders to instigate unrest and a potential war. She was eventually tracked down by fellow Seelie Knight Meliorn. Just as she was about to de-rune and kill the young Shadowhunter Max Lightwood, Meliorn arrived with Isabelle Lightwood and Raphael Santiago, and she was killed in the confrontation.[2]

- Kaelie was one of the girls that Jace claims to have been in a book club with,[4] the book club being a euphemism he uses when referring to the many girls he'd been with, sometimes all at once; evidencing that Kaelie was bisexual as she has likely had threesomes with Jace and the other girls. This is further proven when Jace and Kaelie were in the middle of a make out session, and Alec walked in on them and Kaelie asked Alec to join them.[1][5]
