Brother Micah was one of the Silent Brothers who lived in the Silent City under the command of the Clave.
Biography[]
Brother Micah and Brother Jeremiah were present in the City of Bones at the time Valentine Morgenstern broke in to steal the Soul-Sword. Brother Micah found himself among the group of dead Brothers.[1] His funeral was later held, along with his fallen Brothers and Jocelyn Fray.[2]
Physical description[]
Brother Micah had pale white skin littered with runes—some of which are the most powerful runes in the Gray Book—which have deformed his appearance. His head is shaved, and he has no eyes, only indentations where they should be. His mouth is also sewn shut.
Skills and abilities[]
As a Shadowhunter, particularly a Silent Brother, Brother Micah possesses an array of powers, including:
- Telepathy: Brother Micah possessed the ability to reach into the minds of those around him: to communicate with others through their minds, or even control others.
- Runes: As a Silent Brother, Brother Micah, like the others, was considered superior to other Shadowhunters, particularly because he bore more powerful runes.
